This is EXACTLY What I EXPECTED

Bends in PipeLines are ALWAYS Needed as they Approach Streams__This IS WHY Most
Oil Spills take place CLOSE to Streams.

Yeah TRP should have sloped it more. a longer and more gentle slope both before and after the creek would require less bend if any. TC energy should learn how to build pipelines like ENB. Go Enbridge! ;-)
