Earnings Release Later than Normal???

Why are earnings a little later for the 1st quarter?  I think it's because they want to announce the buyback is completed and do another dividend increase effecting on 3/15/22.  What does everyone else think?

They may release news in a timely manner.....thats the wording the OSC uses.....something is happeing
