James bannister our 78 year old chairman
Earns about 150,000 k a year for chair of the board and rubber stamping all board proposals between his naps
ceo earns over 1.5M a year and the other top 2 execs are around 1M for such a high flying bunch of performers .... do they purchase shares on the open market ?? Of course not ; their shareholdings are pretty much entirely paid by shareholders

Yes.. time for some meaningful management activity or vision. No reason to continue holding shares unless either the board shows some sign of life or shareholders become more agressive. Dead money for years now.

I thought you might be exaggerating about the executive salaries ; if anything you understated the case. YIKES. Pay sure not inline with the size of the company IMO. GLTA

I said this a year ago. Too many board members and too much money going to management for what they do. These members need to take a pay cut until the company is profitable.

Taking in account share buy backs (200000 plus this month alone) and other drilling companies performances, the last income statement wasn't that bad. I'm not in panic mode yet but also see your point and feel the frustation in the investor return here. I'm very interested in this coming meeting.
