I see in the news not trusting Rio Tinto is a sentiment shared by the Pentwater group - they still have a misrepresentation action pending in the New York courts against Rio Tinto regarding alleged misrepresentations about the setbacks or delays in the Oyunatolgoi underground development a few years back.  The judge in the case just tossed portions of the claim, some others survive.

I'm surprised given the time that has passed since the dissent accommodation made to complete the TRQ buyout that Pentwater and Rio haven't managed to negotiate a comprehensive settlement of all issues between them.
