Hothchild is getting a deal

They're buying EXM shares at a 20% discount from todays share price. Also, EXM has traded around the 60 cent range for most of 2007 so they're really getting a 33% discount. I'm not a fan of these type deals but if it provides the capital needed to take exm to higher grounds then so be it. Good luck Tank

After all, most other deals would have had us stung with 11 mil. warrants to go with the shares issued. Also, I am not familiar with too many deals that use a 6 month weighted average, so saying that this is a 33% discount is not a fair comment, in my
