These Mexican litigators

are only going to get the property back.  There is no way that EXN pays the 20 million plus settlement.  San Pedro is a seperate company and has never been connected with Platoso or any of the other assets like silver city and Kilgore.  EXN willl just wait it out and hand the property over to them as the lein can only be put on the property that the settlement was claimed on.  See you lalter litigators.

Of course Exn can be forced to pay.  it is basic Law 101.   A judgementr entered against a subsidiary can be endorsed against the parent company.  As long as EXN owes the majority interest in San Pedro, any litigant with a claim against San Pedro can have the judgement endorsed against the majority owner. I don't agree.  EXN was never part of the original deal.  Not how it works IMO.  The property will be given back.  So the people who sold the property get a million plus dollars plus lawyer fees and the property given back.  Thats my opinioin.  EXN platosa property was always a seperate company well before this agreement was made.  Why would you have seperate ...more

A simple fact: Silver Eagle Mine owns 99% of the shares of San Pedro Resources and Excellon is the acquirer of this company, draw your conclusions
