Bankruptcy possible?
A quick look at EXN balance sheet shows the litigation owed as a current liability. Without an asset listed as "goodwill" EXN is worth less than zero. A reorganization of the company through bankruptcy court would reinstate the legal system into the illegal settlement. Just a shot in the dark.

DaytonGuy It's my understanding the subsidiary San Pedro where the prossing plant continues to operate, would be the only thing lost in a bankruptcy. This is the only asset clame the plaintive has to go after, thus one of the reasons for shutting down Patose mine. I say good riddens ! This whole thing may have a "silver" lining ! LOL M2

There is no silver lining in this nightmare Marine! I will never understand why Sprott and the other big Institutional investors never took action to get rid of Current management....just continued to allow them to rape and pillage enrich themselves and drive the Company out of business at the shareholders expense! WTF!
