Sold my shares at the open. Seems a little risky now with fraudulent partnerships.

I owned 500 shares since $1.40. Although it was a very small position, the risk drastically went up today. Risks outweigh the rewards so I sold for now (sold at $5.30). Already I've saved over $1k seeing that it's sitting around 3 now. Not saying it's a bad Company, but there's definitely some concerns.

Good for you. Always do what you feel comfortable with and be satisfied with your choices. Justification is unneccesary, as is commenting on it after you have closed out your position. I can't count how many times I sold too soon. This isn't going to happen this time - I did my DD on the report and got some insight too!  Mariner Research and Culper Research are predatory short

Yes it could be a buy. But people are telling me to get out of here for selling high. Wow I sold before a 30% crash and I'm the bad guy... right.
