If someone could elaborate....

as to why it appears that SEA is partnering for the BCS side of the business and more particularly 2nd life for batteries versus Coil Drive technology, it would be much appreciated.

Coil Drive technology vs BCS are parallel plays that complement each other. Extending the life of these components is the objective. Where are these metals concentrated? Who controls them? Review the following article and dig deeper into rare earth metals.
