some posts insinuate they are "building" a facility they will be leasing a location that is already built and have over $40M cash

The building is the cheap part. And right now commercial space is very cheap in Calgary and plentiful due to the near collapse of the manufacturing In The oil and gas industry. Good space is everywhere. what isn't cheap is all the robots and precision gear they will need to manufacture 100,000 units a year. 50 staff building 100,000 units will for sure have to be robotic.
