TSX Listing Requirements

TSX listing requirements appear here on page 24 (https://www.tsx.com/ebooks/en/2021-guide-to-listing/). Looking thru it I think that EXRO is in good shape for approval. They would be better positioned if the SP were above $5, which it would have been all along except for the bogus negative report a while back.
