Do you think some  one would try to buy out the whole  company at these low share price just to get thier hand on the tec

I don't think so, it would take a lot more volume to buy the compagnie before nasdaq listing. I held IPL shares when brookfield start their hostile takeover and the SP gain 5$ in the first day.
