This company has been opperational for many years and I think they could easily have a case. If that is true, Exro knew and concealed It. This makes Sue and they company responsible for my loss. It also reflects poorly on the company and Its  leadership. If we lose, Exro is just a bunch of phonnies. 
I've lost plenty of money  here and it will get worse. Who would buy today? wait a week and buy if you want to gamble,at least you will be gambling at pennies on the dollar.
Very dissapointed in this company. I can only imagine many others are as well.

I hear you, sucks losing money. The only way Exro (so called) ignored this claim was under their attorneys recomendation. So I'm sure their feeling is that it's defendable in court. Also if Exro's patents didn't hold up the companies they are in bed with would never have given them the time of day. That being said I wish I could hear from one of Exro's engineers on the
