How long does it take until Sue comes finally to the idea that she could take on Exro's Board of Directors the following 2 persons with "a wide knowlege and experience in the EV business"

Linda Hasenfratz - CEO of LINAMAR (Canada) - with more than 24'000 employees worldwide

Tony Fairweather - CEO & Founder of SEA Electric (Australia)  - with top business relations to TOYOTA by close partnership to develope "zero-emissions" Hino Trucks
AT THE SAME TIME SEA SHOULD GET AS WELL A SHAREHOLDER OF EXRO

This in besides of "Terrence Johnsson" who worked before in "Leading Manager Positions for FORD USA & AUDI USA ( = Volkswagen concern) - WHO PLAYS HOPEFULLY AS WELL AN IMPORTANT ROLE FOR A POSSIBLE TIER 1  SPEAK VOLKSWAGEN


1rst  why "LINAMAR"

LINAMAR is a "top automotive supplier" with more than 25'000 employes in 60 manufacturing locations, 12 R&D centers and 25 sales offices in 17 countries in North and South America.
(in besides of Magna & Bosch the leaders in this sector) - according LINAMAR Pure Battery EV penetration reaches 50% of the market by 2040

Linamar and Exro have agreed to develop an advanced "e-Axle" utilizing "Coil Driver"
technology to improve cost and performance of LINAMAR's "e-Axle" product line.

LINAMAR is a "top automotive supplier". Nearly each large car manufacturers worldwide uses automotive high tech products produced by LINAMAR.
Maruti-Suzuki, Honda, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, Toyota, Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Stellantis
and others as Mercedes, BMW..
(Toyota & Volkswagen are the worldwide largest car manufacturers - and both have close ties to SEA Electric - TOYOTA  & EXRO (by Terrence Johnsson to FORD USD & AUDI USA  = VOLKSWAGEN.
Therefore LINAMAR should get an important "ANCHOR SHAREHOLDER" of EXRO by holding a certain stake (not more than 25%)  ......so that Elan Musk had no chance for an unfriendly take over.
If the "e-Axle" & "Coil Driver" is successful - this could make TESLA obsulete - as Exro only needs one enging and not two as TESLA

Now common Sue - Exro needs to sell not only 100k "Coil Drivers" - if Exro would become
a "LEADER" in this area - the Coil Driver has to go into "mass production" and this is only possible by going in "Co-operations/Alliances"  by giving the large car manufacturers the
licence to produce the "Coil Drivers"

THE PATENT STAYS IN EXROs HANDS

However, this should be "Managed and Controled" by Linda Hasenfratz - CEO LINAMAR.
Exro has not the necessary capital to build up such an important worldwide distribution channel for selling their Coil Driver

JohnnyU , I like the way you think !! I can tell You don't play patty cake ! Playing in the BIg leagues  , not the minors.  The BIG Leagues means naming  Big  League  BOARD of DIRECTORS  -   with still respecting to the past. It's time to think about that folks. Is it time to Ask what the present board forward plan is on naming high skilled

My guess is that a major Tier one announcement will have some sort of equity component.  Most times along with that comes a board seat.  Why stack the table when you need to keep an empty seat....one that may not play well with those suggested.   I think both choices offered would be terrific.  But you have to ask yourself if they are in a position to accept given what

I'm little concerned about that assumption who says if you give that Tier 1 a board seat they will play nice with other Tier 1 's.  Exro's market space is wide open why hitch yourself to one ride  I would prefer an independent board member without strings attached and one with experience in navigating a billion dollar company on a bigger stage
