here 3 points of SIMPLICITI1 that I find very important and informative

Exro will be taken out when their PRODUCTS have been fully derisked. And by taken out I mean their technology will be licensed

Proving the technology works is part one and two of the road to commercialization.

For much of the auto industry that takes time (at least a year of production) and in some cases hundreds of thousands of miles a testing. A good deal of which is well underway now.

Where are the reasons why it takes such a long time until Sue lets "once the CATS OUT OF THE
BAG" and let's us finally once know at least 2 names of the (5 NDA's).
Sue mentioned already in October 2022 - 14 months ago that EXRO has a large European NDA with 25'000 employees on the angle? But nothing happened in this matter after such a long time?
Where is the problem?

It where a dream if  "AUDI USA / VOLKSWAGEN) were under the 5 NDA's by help of Terrence Johnsson who is on Exro's Board of Directors since around 2/3 years. Before he worked in Leading Management Positions ab AUDI USA / GM USA and is familiar with the large car manufacturers worldwide by his large know how and business experience.
In Terrence Johnsson I have my biggest confidence and hope for a large TIER1 as VW.
However there is a problem:  VW as largest car manufactuer employs worldwide 305'000 persons - in comparision of the only 25'000 NDA's that Sue mentioned in October 2022.


SEA Electric

What's going on with EXRO's investment  into SEA Electric by buying SEA shares at a price of
a little bit more than USD 40.-- (in the range of around 40.26 USD)
SEA and HINO Motors (100% owned by TOYOTA) went in a JV 50:50 % as EXRO was already a
shareholder of SEA.
Have we ever heard something about our/Exro's investment into SEA - where do we stand today - what is our investment worth.....and so on......it were finally up to SUE to inform us as shareholders.
We have as shareholders have the fully right to get informed in this matter - as we carry at the end
as well the full risk of our investment!

LINAMAR & EXRO's JV in  "Linamars e-Axle equipped with EXRO's "COIL DRIVER"
According a message in June 2023 they finalyzed's successfully and believe that by testing they
might bring the first proto-typs on the market.

Which product BCS / Coil Driver gave the rash for these decision
We didn't hear as well nothing by Sue and don't know what these 3 awards are effectively worth!

Judith, Great post!  Exro, what is going on behind the scene :-)). Share price has plymutted, and longs are seemingly left feeling uninformed. Fingers crossed :-))
