For the recent closing of the big raise, Canaccord who was the lead had to do a heck of a lot of due diligence. They must have been somewhat comfortable with what they observed and heard in order to see this financing get closed. They stuck their necks out on the line and would have grilled the company and requested to view much of the documentation and spoke with not just all board members of
