Its a sector wide downturn, all companies in the same space have the same issues. (MKP, TF, FN, BRE, AI ect)
Going into an expected recession people are not going to utilize mortgage/real estate services as much and ones that do likely aren't going to spend as much. With this idea the market expects earnings to match that narrative in the quarters coming up, thus the company's fundamentals won't be as strong/valuable. It's a cycle like any other.
Of the ones I watch often, Firm has had the 2nd largest pull back from the highs at the moment tho they are all 20+% except MKP who is doing a rights offering at the moment after which late this month it will fall 20+% area also...
