1,377,000 traded ...11 minutes after the close ...annonymous to anonomous ..wash trading ? ...or something else ?

Beats me and an oddball amount, Maybe Gramercy rebalancing some of their funds prior to year end rush to get a loser off of their books?  Or Catlayst completely closing out their LP Fund V if not already done so. I would like to think, it is a signal of something good happening but that has not happened in years and why share price so much lower than book value.

Not sure what you guys mean by rebalancing but wouldnt that require insider trade reports.
