FFN unit nav to April 24 = approx: $15.81
SHOWING a gain of about 50 cents since the April 15 update. Commons would have a value of $5.81 BEFORE distributions . Last trade @ $5.60 would be very close to NAV after distributions are factored in

FFN unit nav in realtime @ approx: $15.78
FFN doing better than FTN since the 15th as they are heavier in the US holdings . Commons would have a value of $5.78 before distributions , and $5.59 after... so trading right at its NAV after

Yes navgod and others here have the right answer, you account for the dividend on ex dividend date. I ADDED $1.38 today for RY.....as its ex divvy date for that stock. AND TD brokerage

What does " recognized" mean in this context. A receivable is not cash on the books until the cash is actually in your hands ie payment date. This is what Brompton are saying......that you

NAV April 23
~$15.86. This puts the discount on the capital shares at ~$0.20 after accounting for accrued dividends on the preferred shares. The dividend declarations for all Quadravest funds were delayed

Hi Navgod , According to Daniel Tersigni at Brompton the dividends from stocks held are only included in the funds NAV on the day they are received by Brompton ie the Payment Date.
