Starting an FFN position today

So sold off nearly all my DGS and some LCS and now have put some into both FTN and FFN since they are trading at decent NAV valuations and have great payouts. Fed jacking rates slower was taken as a positive turn day, and I noted Gold spiking after economic news from the US.
