15% i think will cover the retractions.. but it will drop the NAV as there wil no longer be the same cash %. AND they do STILL have to deal with evening up the common and preferred levels. Buying back

I'm new to split funds and wanting to understand this whole retraction thing...so I'm assuming no matter what the nav will drop, just not sure how far? My avg is 6.15 any advice from anyone ?
