FIRE Starting

From the fiscal year highlights it is starting to take shape....a $250k Net Income gain for quarter ending June 30/18 up from previous quarter net loss of $3.37mil....the fiscal year revenue of $8.85 is a nice start, ~5-10% of estimated revenue at full production 12-18mos out.

Fowler and Dhaliwal are just trading labels, both remain Directors....Dhaliwal will focus on the international activities and growth, be the globe trotter and Fowler will continue to focus full time on post Oct 17th sales and production, bringing existing facility expansion on line and the construction of new ultra premium facility to be online in 2019.

Things look to be falling into place as per plan...with the product top shelf, and the ultra to come, add the sweetest balance sheet in the sector and FIRE has to be the most undervalued stock in the hottest sector in the market....very handsome rewards coming for those that own from here on, JMHO.....Opt

Agree - except I was expecting the year-end fiscal to be a catalyst and have the market re-valuate this company to what it should be trading at.  I see the market barely reacted to these financials. Nav really needs to hit the ground running in working on shareholder value and promoting this company. 2.78% increase on these rock solid financials is very disappointing. CRON's previous ...more

i wonder if it has spread throuhg the right channels yet though..... sometimes it takes a little while for financials to sink in and start comparing the appropriate companies to us..... i also thought the market will react accordingly.... but then how much price surpression are we seeing to counteract the move up? We are building on some good momentum and i hope NAV (as you stated transporter ...more

This is not a demotion for Fowler in anyway md, quite the contrary, business is starting to ramp up and this allows Fowler to focus on the core business while not having to be in the air and away half the time.... while having the global side in the capable and trusted hands of Dhaliwal. FIRE is starting to take shape and will score large market share and SP levels much further north from here ...more

appologize... did not mean to sounds like i thouhgt it was a demotion.... i think this was the right move as Nav has better grasp of capital markets etc... where john's strength is in operations and growing out 7acres lot 16 etc.  Again i think this is a good move.....

Agreed md, and it is going to get alot busier fast....hope that vault is full or near to it because the FIREstory is just about to really get rock'n on the path to fruision. It is all good and will only get better as fast as it was slow up until now....liked that they got that fiscal year end info out this early, she is wide open for SP increasing exponentially in the near term, JMHO....Opt

I don't see a comparable to Supreme Trans, with all the competition out there and more coming, most will be finding it hard to survive with high fixed costs and increasing debt on low revenues and low net margins....FIRE is going in the complete opposite direction with highest net margins and basically no debt and their sales, by the kilo not the gram, before the retailer realizes any revenue ...more

Why is FIRE being valued by the market using a different rule set than those like CRON? Why does the market decide that FIRE should be strictly valued on traditional fundamentals, where $560M market cap may be acurate for their value today, but decide to use much greater P/E ratios on FUTURE value for all other companies in the sector? What you're saying is you know FIRE will be worth $5 in ...more

this goes back to the basis of PR/IR management...... making sure news gets spread about SUPREME.... the issue is with John at the helm he wasn't about the fluff.... we need some fluff to be evenly evaluated but at same time...... still sticking to the core of Supreme and a long term player. I'm impatient and patient all in one.... i think most are the same on this board as well....

I don't see anywhere near a 2yr window here Trans, I see FIRE's fundamentals far more favourable by year's end which will result in significantly higher SP....while I see a much slower rise for others and little to no rise for others in the sector. The manipulation of FIRE's SP has kept it undervalued for the most part, the opposite is true for most others in the sector....we will ...more

Hence the removal of Fowler as CEO, don't think for a second that the board members haven't concluded the same notion "why is our company stock price not being proportional evaluated as others"? Fowler failed as a promotional leader and the company's stock is a direct example of poor leadership. Fowler may have the goods when it comes to legality and knowledge of the business ...more
