I post based on information that is known. Management had stated construction would be complete by Dec 31, 2018. Management then stated at the AGM that completion of construction of entire production space was being delayed 3 months due to design changes in the irrigation system that they decided to implement which will result in a more efficient and effective design which the overall long term
