Not Acceptable

It appears they sold everything that was available but why so little available after building/ prepping for 4yrs?....there is plenty of cash in the till and a vault that would house several Buicks, and mean real Buicks, 1960/ 50s models not the go-carts they build today. Sales for the quarter need to be monthly sales by the second half of 2019. I can not see any good reason to have not had double or triple the quantity of product available for sale for Oct 17th.

It is what it is but it needs to be changing as we speak as there is no acceptable reason to not be in the $15mil range this quarter....and to be fair there have been some material changes, like packaging and prep for smaller volume shipments to many more destinations. The $2mil+ in Finished Goods as of Dec 31st and the $5mil Work in Progress is a solid start for this quarter, add the additional grow area to come on line over the next couple of months and we will start seeing numbers more in the acceptable range.

A slower than expected start but still a solid increase quarter over quarter and with all the growth assets still in place, along with ever improving plant to shelf efficiencies things could be a hell of a lot worse. Add lessons learned and no RS talk and we will be back on track starting this quarter....what doesn't kill you makes you stonger and I think we see that with FIRE going forward and this will be less than a speed bump in a very long road of success, JMHO...Opt

Opt, did you read the earnings report bud?  they didn't sell everything that was available, since they still have plenty in the vault...so what would have been the purpose of growing as much as you wanted if it's just going to sit there until it gets mouldy? lol dafuq is the logic?!

If you were smart you'd realize the only scaling they've done is into the size that the market has allowed for them lol... You don't run a ship this size with as little loss as we have without careful consideration of how much product you need, so you're not spending money compounding losses...  they needed people to hear about their products, and recognize them as a brand of ...more

I don't understand peopel saying the market is saturated. CBC/CTV just had a report yesterday and interviewed shop owners that could not keep the products on the shelve, from many suppliers, one owner shut his doors for a few days during the week, no inventory/supply.All i have heard from other people is that Supreme/7Acres is excellent. Just saying, this is all in early stages. I'm ...more

You are right on target jpm, these cupcakes are a complete waste of your time....mostly weak and bitter because they can only wish that they actually owned shares while trying to be quiet in the basement and not to draw mom's ire and get another azz kicking...ignore usually solves that problem. FIRE is and will be an industry leader of which is recognized by all in the industry and stated ...more

Agreed jf there is no crisis here, but as you will understand as well, there is a lot more trail behind than ahead and years are at a premium for some of us at this stage of the game lol. We will be realizing the rewards anticipated and it looks like this quarter sales will be a solid step in that direction, based on this report and the current, soon to be doubled, production capacity to serve ...more

Agreed jf, they are flush with cash now but there is the facility expansion to complete and they should be breaking ground soon on the ultra facility which will make short order out of that $90+, add other ventures to be announced and they will be needing more cash by year's end...which is more reason to get the business at hand maximized that will generate much needed revenue going forward ...more

.......The market is saturated with product........    Tommmmmmmy don't talk about what you don't know, you're just looking like a fool.  Actually, my poor little Tommy the market is being in a cannabis shortage since Oct 16 2018.  IN shortage situation, the customers will buy what available.  At least you made me laugh with your stupid post.

Sounds like cupcake drivel to me there Go....they had ~$2mil of finished product on Dec 31st, was that in packaging/ pocessing, sitting on the dock ready to be loaded for shipment, between Xmas and New Years, how much has just come out of curing and ready for processing etc, with $5mil growing and or curing suggests to me that they have markedly increased their production and processing quarter ...more

Is this our issue with less revenue than when we did numbers? The company may have been overly optimistic in valuing its cannabis plants before sale, however. Supreme said the fair value changes on the growth of its biological assets came to C$10 million, but the realized fair value changes on inventory sold or impaired was C$6 million. Combining the C$6 million with the C$4 million of production ...more

Definately part of it Mrd, but yield more positives than not with lessons learned....although not an acceptable result for level of quality of product, business model and expectations, this is company's first post legal rec report. Nothing has changed in the ability of and/ or potential for FIRE to meet and exceed estimates and expectations, in fact it may be an asset as I don't think ...more
