Much appreciated SC, this will be a very good deal for both but can not imagine that the Blis SHs would not be in favour of the deal...they will get my vote but my positionis hardly material. This will allow Blis to move ahead mcuh quicker and with strength in all areas that are in FIRE's overall best interest...mainly oils and maybe a herb strain or two that meet the FIRE standard.
