Fundamentals

Q4

  • $19M Net Revenue
  • $3.2M EBITDA
  • $54.8M Cash
Today's valuation:  $237M

This is now stupidly undervalued and extremely oversold.

The $100M debt they have in convertible debentures does not mature until October 2021 (2 years from now) and the service cost is 8% per year.

Unlike most companies, Supreme is profitable and has the cash to to continue for a few years.  $150M to $180M is the guidance for 2020 and have delivered on their conservative outlooks to date.

With John out of the way, the big boys can actually take this company to the next level.  Wouldn't be surprised to hear of a big name to join them soon with the prioirty to align the stock price with the company's performance for once.  Perhaps institutions wouldn't sink money into this until John was gone.
