One is in at $2.00, down 95% and is perhaps the biggest idiot retail investor I've ever come across. 

The other half of dumb and dumber has an average close to .30 and has averaged down six or seven times.  Basically all previous purchases are underwater. Now needs the stock to more than double to break even and is intent on pissing away an inheritance.
