Reverse Split coming

Sorry to say but Unfortunately FIRE will have no choice to do a reverse split eventually, thats not good :(. IMO They are going to be bought out or merge with another company which is good!!

merger i could see.. bought out no.. why do all this work.. raise this money for a buy out.. a reverse split no.. all the large raises or investments are not going to go with a reverse split. share reduction.. as it almost always results in drop of share price after implimation.. reverse split would have to be voted on...but its just my opinion who knows.. cheers

vulcan are they raising cash to make their balance sheet more attractive for a buyout or merger?

that makes zero sense. You never "have no choice" but to r split. You do it if you are going to get delisted for not meeting price requirement - that's bad news. On the other hand, an established company doing a r split to regain control (less hands, discourage shorts) on an uptrend is bullish. Even with 1 billion shares out it's normal for a young growing company. As for getting ...more

This is without a doubt one of the dumbest posts I've read. RS needs to be voted on, and there is no reason at all to do it. Market is bullish on MJ, as they should be, and FIRE is already seriously undervalued compared to peers. It will organically grow and now they have a war chest to make some moves that will let this company finally take off.

You reverse split to maintain your listing, there is no other reason to do it. Not going to happen with FIRE.   They did a raise because people drove the stock up, this is smart by the mgmt, take advantage while the sp is up there. Remember this was/is a .17-.22 stock. There's no real way to maintain this in the long run but I could see .25-.27 going into the next quarter.. They have ...more
