Hey everyone, happy Saturday. Just a quick positive thought. Over 3400 new retail listing between October and December this past quarter alone. These listings would not have happened all at once. So taking in consideration of Covid (fresh lockdown issues)  and Christmas, likely was between Ocober and mid Decemberthus  giving us a span of about 10 weeks or at a pace of 340+ listing per week. These would be spread out over the quarter so the thought is:

1- How big of a spread and do they come in drops? As In was most early mid late in the quarter?
2- How long does it take to supply a new dispensary? Likely different for: Independent, Franchised, Corporate. (this is likely a week at least if not more)
3- How much are those 'new products' being pushed? Likely staff will want familiarity before they are comfortable talking about the product. This takes a bit of time.
4 - Of the large increased quarterly sales how much did these new listing impact those figures? Likely not much at all.

    Thus I feel good that in our next quarter we will see (imho) what really matters without acquisition news or something similar, and that is increased retail penetration. Those new listing with repeat business has us (again imho no guarantees) looking at a true profit.

I live in GTHA and since the on and off lockdowns and travel restrictions I have managed to get in my car and go where I needed to without any issues. I will point out the lockdowns made it more difficult initially for dispensaries not the black market. They had to jump and adjust to curbside and delivery models. Black market pot in Canada is not coming through international borders fyi. Even if

Less movement around the city and less crime has given the police more resorces to work on the black market but what do I KNOW you are the smart one here!!!

Here everyone look at the figures, USA in 1 year stopped about 1200 kg of cannabis going into Canada (Ipressume) and look at the blurb taken from a CBC article last year: Figures provided by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) show American officers seized 2,214 kg of marijuana from travellers entering the U.S. between Nov. 1, 2018 and Oct. 31, 2019

I think the estimate for seizures is about 1% the US DEA has spent 5 trillion on the "war on drugs" since the Regan era leading to more drug incarcerations that all of the other western countries combined.Big business for privatized prisons.They will legalize or at least deciminalize if the numbers work.

Unproven opinion - 3400+ new listings is a fact - They were not all added on the first of October and they did not all get their products as soon as the agreement was signed. It would take some time. So my assumption (not opinion) that the 3400 listings would have a low impact on our quarterly
