Very sad to see FIU and ....

With  one green market today and watching some stock like SU , LUN, UUU and it is almost all green but

FIU keeps getting hammerd and now i will just wait to see but desapointed to see they are no support at all.

Even .14 cents people are shy to go and buy some shares .

Nothing has change from the news last friday but the share price is loosing some every day .

Just wait for now.

Merry Lynch mob has full control of this ticker with their 500 board lots yep they are at it again, and no one stepping up to block the massacre.  nope, because they have the support of all the major shareholders to continue the bloodletting  the chart has gone critically into oversold  with no support below .14 Im waiting with a fist full of cash and will continue to hold ...more

You are obsessed with chart analysis eh...you must be fresh out of undergrad or something. This stock will not move anywhere but further down, the reason that it's drifted this low is because before the deal goes through we get a production update - which will be worse than we expect, followed by a financials that will be even worse than we expected after receiving the production update. At ...more

Yeah I would be hesitant too.  The only thing gaurenteed here is 15.5c.  The rest is up in the air.  So the arbritrage people will be hesitant to go too close to that.  Due to time value, and the iffy nature of the second payments, the uncertainty of how much will be drawn from the 10m loan and of course if we will actually vote for it. Someone big is bailing right now, and I ...more

C_M why would you say this?  "I am not convinced Dion is just thinking of Gold One and AGA"   The guy is a total liar and cheat.............   I bet he's already been set up with a cushy top floor corner window office with one of the "Purchaser/Thiefs". Has He not already proven to be in their pockets?

It's definitely a horrible deal I agree.  However, he did get MWS running properly.  And we hit all targets on that.   Ez I don't know where the money is going.  But, how many deaths did we have there.  That totally shot the mine plan in the foot how many times? Dumb incompetant workers and instability...  But that's manslaughter if it was malicious ...more

C.M thanks, you basically addressed (with a twist) the question I posed several days ago.https://www.stockhouse.com/Bullboards/MessageDetail.aspx?s=fiu&t=LIST&m=30769348&l=0&pd=0&r=0

The more I think of it we might be able to make a profit there after factoring in the change in interest payments and inreased revenue now the gold stream is only 7% One thing though.  We have to pay back the 2013 notes so it doesn't leave us with much money as that debt is secured against MWS.  So we need to pay it back first so its free and clear to sell. But without the interest ...more

Your right Critical_Mass, analyzing FIU objectively, we would expect a profit. Q3 2012 First Uranium reported a consolidated gross profit of $1.8** million for Q3 2012, compared to a consolidated gross loss of $1.2** million in Q3 2011.The problem is that I have objectively analyzed FIU from 2.00 down to 0.15 cents and being wrong. I have analyzed NR's, financial reports, charts, analyst ...more

I don't understand why we don't just sell EZ, pay half of the debentures off, and renegotiate the interest terms with whatever half of the holders are willing to negotiate. We run MWS pull in the profit, and then we deal with  as much of the 2013 debt as we can, AND THEN we sell MWS. Why rush it and sell everything at once "under distress"? Were not really under distress. We ...more

Why Colt....because Deon penned a deal with an agenda we can only guess at.

Colt You should consider to send questions to the external auditors which are paid big $$$$ to review quarterly and or annual reports.... They are maybe the one hidding stuff behind the scene,,,, Then they write in the front page of their report that if they don't have the facts or did not see internal info it is not their fault..... Someone out there must know 100% of the truth and it is ...more
