It's not .11/share so I doubt anyone will vote yes. It is 0.0-0.11/share. Unless you forgot that FIU has to be in cash positive position at the time of the asset sale's closing, and did you forget that FIU had already drawn on 8/10M of the credit facility - by now that credit facility is gone, and I bet that FIU will be telling us that they need another one now - further deducted from the ...more

Colt41 stop running your mouth and pretend that know everything about this company. I know but how many shareholders don't know. I'm guessing this is the only stock in your portfolio. Based on the amount of time you have spent dwelling on the same thing. Try diversifying a little, then you're chances of making money is drastically increased.>

I've seen you make statements like the the price will skyrocket to .30 in one day if the asset sale gets voted down. And how do you know this? Do you have a magic crystal ball or something. Because if you do then you should have gotten out of this pos yeare ago. I remember the maket determining a share price between .16 to .19 before any mention of the asset sales to Anglo and go.>
