Kumvest offer. To pay 37 cents a share and buy 25% of shares. put the money into comapny coffers get rid of management, spend 90 days fiquing out a mining plan. Is Ezwini not producing now. we will put a new management team in place after paying / laying of the other managemnt team. we will charge more per month than the old team as the irsk is higher , chance of less success because we have one
