2022 performance

I am struggling to follow / read this company 2022 performance, as example, they say EBITDA is 32m but I see true EBITDA is 7,685 comparing to 7,651 last year, so in fact the almost doubled the revenue but true EBITDA stays static over the two years?.

also what is this 4.114m restructuring expenses and 5.983m one time expenses? I haven't seen any press release on any restructuring or acquisitions, what is included here, who are the auditors for this company? Basically they are telling the market ratio of SG&A  37m to one time expense / restructuring costs 10m is ~1:4 ratio, this unusual unless they are flipping entire company every year! I can't stop laughing here!

can someone help me?

You might be looking at the 4th quarter results and not the full year results. My guess is that part of the $4.1MM in restructuring costs had to do with compensation payment to the previous CEO.
