Fm is DIRT CHEAP....

At these ceazy levels......and FM isn't going away anywhere anytime soon. So trust me when i tell you, and from vast experience that this story is FAR FAR from over. So if anyone has some cash lying around, and they don't know WTH to do with it, i suggest slowly accumulating a decent position at these insane levels.

The promblematic Panamanian assets have been MORE than discounted from the stock price, much more than they have done so AND this is now going to be settled in one of two ways. There are ONLY two possible outcomes from this..........to be settled in the International Arbitration courts where Panama has no legal legs to stand on OR those corrupt Panamanian officials & it's Gov't finally realize that they've grossly overstepped in their greed ways and bitten off more than they can chew.........And both outcomes highly favor First Quantum.....

In addition, another bonus, well its only a bonus if you recently came into this lucrative opportunity and bought in the last month or so like i did.......as the long term s/h might not be exactly thrilled or happy with this potential possibility or reality. And it is a VERY real possibility. What is it? Well, since the stock price has been decimated to levels which imo are levels well below its NAV, then this sets up the possbility that makes FM a potential sitting duck or takeover candidate. And i'm pretty sure MANY potentially large suitors, like a few i mentioned before, are anxiously waiting silently in the shadows and intensly, closely look at FM's books.

So if you have cash....buy here...it's a no brainer in my book at these levels. Sure there is some risk, as there is risk in ANYTHING you buy in the stock market. But this isn't just some fomo or unforseen risks, it's calculated risk and most of it has been mitigated at these levels. If this was at $30 bucks, i wouldn't been as keen & it would be a different story..... but at $12???? It's really a NO BRAINER.

FM isn't going BK becasue of Pananma, but Panama will go BK because of FM..........

Just more of MrMoMo's 2 cents worth.........

i agree with some of your logic. However, FM stock price can go much lower. Zambia mines are going to lower copper content, less production.  Zambia increased taxes, panama increased taxes. Myself ,many other investors have no clue how long this dispute will take to solve this. Costs to keep mine on shut down , severance pay etc. This could take years to solve. cooper could fall in price. FM ...more

It's tempting but after reading that there are "indigineous" protesters I'm less interested.  International courts  and ESG funds are very sympathetic to anything indigineous.

the Spanish came to Panama in 1500s. How far back in time would you go to define indigenios in this part of the worl?  Aztecs era, pre Aztec?

It's already prices out the Panamanian assets, much more than they're actually worth. The cobra mine isn ...more

im thinking here we are , lower production in Zambia , mine shut down here.  Sharholders paying how much to keep a hole in ground, safe, secure in the event they can mine it again some day. equipment rentals do they cancel them , send fleet of trucks  back, or kep them park them. For how long do shareholders pay , cost per day.  No guarantee the mine will operate again. Franco ...more
