To build a refinery takes about as long as as drilling a first hole to prove discovery to becoming an actual mine.

As most of you know, First Cobalt is in the process of recommissioning an already permitted refinery in Ontario. They plan to import from Glencore cobalt concentrates from the DRC.
Fortune would be better served sending their metal concentrates from  NICO 
directly to Ontario, since the concentrates as suggested are already on route and moving it a couple of provinces further east on rail would make more sense and save money in addition be much closer then DRC is to Ontario.

Or to the Fort Saskatchewan refinery in Alberta or to the Sunshine refinery in Idaho.

Agreed. They have a lot if options for refineries short term or long. Gold is on the rise as inflation sets in. Things are very positive. Less negative talk would help us longs.

While Geo is 100 % correct on viable western options for FT ore...certainly in endmonton .. you would think that any ore from Canadian sources would have far better optics than DRC or Cuban ore something for FCC to think on.  futher we also know that our ore and processing plans for sulphate ( OTTOMH I think is what it's called ) is different than what is currently produced at Sheritt ...more
