NEGOTIATIONS 2.0
The Tahltan First nation claims a territory in northern BC equavalent to 11% of all BC's land surface.
Total population is approximately 4,000, with 800 living in Tahltan Territory (in the communities of Telegraph Creek, Dease Lake and Iskut), and 3,200 living outside the territory (primarily in BC and Yukon, with others across Canada and in the United States).
The Arctos coal mine will be developed and become an immense cornucopia providing billions in royalty payments, taxes and well paid employment for 500 people directly and thousands more indirectly for at least 50 yrs.
Northern BC will prosper.
Not only will the Tahtlan become immensely wealthy but all of Canada and the world will benefit.

Trump spoke a lot about beautiful clean coal. As per usual, didn't follow through. And now look at him.
