The Company offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Showing a gain of about a penny, since NOV 29 and back into a positive move since Nov 29. Discoutn starting to shrink a litle as buyers step up and get back in. If it was shortsellers pushing

Now showing only a loss of 2 pennies, since the NOV 29 numbers. Adjusted all the changes to the weightings , % of US vs CAd holdings and cash position. Will see how the guesswork measures up on the

For discussion. I have $30K of new investment funds available. Where would you put it? I am thinking of FTN as the discount is so large but I am already over weight in this holidng already.

Early trading shows CM up , TD and BMO selling off
SO far the CAD banks have been more in a selloff than heading higher on Q results. 4 of the 6 went down on Q results, and not small %...and there will be some bouncing back i believe

Full update shows cash reduced by 5%
I am thinking Quadravest managers went in more heavily after the election was finished with no contesting of the results. Many were expecting a close electioin , with close results

TD, BMO and CM all reported today
AT first glance they looked ok, with BMO hiking the divvy and starting a buyback, and CIBC increasing their divvy by 7 cents, from .90 to .97 TD announced their divvy @ $1.05 .

FTN unit nav to DEC 4 = approx; $20.62
Showing a loss of 16 cents since the update to NOV 29... common shares would have a value of about $10.62.. so with the last trade @ $9.69.. the discount is 93 cents or about 8.75%

Showing a loss of just over 18 cents since the NOV 29th numbers . Last sale @ $9.67 , leaves the common shares discounted by 93 cents or about 8.8%
