FTN continues to surge ahead now up over $1.24 since dec 31

SO that puts the UNIT NAV @ $22.77 at this point in time today... and the commons would carry a value of $12.77... so again trading at quite a large discount, and apparently consideration for safety above the 15$ threshhold holds littel weight in this risk on market.
Last trade @ 12.19 shows a 58 cents discount to NAV or about 4.5%...
