DFN and BK seem much more likely to have an offering.

I agree , definitely more likely on DFN as i am sure by now there are less preferreds out than commons, with the ATM program running. AND a 35 to 40% premium of late is as good as it gets for doing an offering and not being dilutive. However FTN never seems to get  to even a 25 % premium  it seems, and last time the premium jumped above 15% in August they did an offering. That was also ...more

do you think the offering potential for FTN and BK is greater than DFN because of the market cap differential.  DFN has the biggest market cap and volume of the three.  FTN and BK are less than 1/2 the market cap of DFN.

FTN's safer because the premium to nav is lower.
