FTN UNIT NAV to April 25 = approx; $18.13

So now down to a gain of about 33 cents since midmonth udpate..
So at this point the commons have a value of about $7.93 after distributions.
Would be a 20 cent premium and only just under 3%...

I believe Monday is exday we should get a bounce tomorrow from the financials. This will give us a bigger NAV going into exday. Golferman
