A ROLLBACK IS JUST THE COMPANIES WAY

of hiding from disaster an their incompetence to move the company forward. Do not be fooled by this play as rollbacks or consolidations are the doomsday for companies, even though they will try an fill your head with excuses as to why it had to happen. It had to happen because they failed to do the job they were being paid for an that is why Mark and the other board member bailed on this company as the water was allready waist deep in the sinking ship.

not that i want to create any confusion or anger...but i just re-read the financials and see the huge $ paid for severance....this is just insulting given where we are at -- i assume severance is for mark?? he should have left the $ in the company -- does anyone know who it was paid towards?

Points International successfully did a rollback Jan 2011. But then they did it from a position of strength.   Rollbacks are most often associated with junior exploration companies and that's where the method gets its bad name. Because by then there are no exploration property assets and no way to raise money. Resignations are common at this time also. The stock  ...more

Baywall....stop trying to come up with ways in which this could be good...bottom line is futura is doing a 40:1 rollback then will raise something like 20-40 mill shares at 0.20, effectively passing the lube to original investors and leaving them with nothing. Meanwhile, I personally will wait on the sidelines, let the massive dilution take place and possibly see if it is worth a look.  I ...more
