IS IT HALTED BECAUSE- ?????

they can't reach a deal?  They don't trade enough an have to go too the Nex board ? They are just going to fold the company once and for all ?

  How long will they halt trading before advising shareholders as they surely know what the news is, so just put it out there. Like we haven't waited long enough for the disaster this company is in, due a lot to Mark who walked away.
