Johnson camp = Gunnison

There is some fool on this board who things Gunnison is a totally different mine than Johnson Camp.  It just shows how gullible people are.  Gunnison is right next door with the same grades and the same geology as Johnson Camp.  It is basically the same mine.  This fool does not realize he has bought into a new version of Nord Resources, and the only difference is they are using a different mining technology that so far does not work.

Johnson Camp is not "next door" and to falsely state the geology is the same as Gunnison is laughable. You thought JC was the flagship property and now you're making up nonsense cause you were called out for such. Troll along buddy.

Keep telling yourself that it is a "different mine".  That will solve all your poblems.  If you had any idea what you were investing in, you would know that this is the same mine: low grades and high costs.  Definitely right next door.  What a dope.

If it was the same geology, they would've just mined Johnson Camp after buying it for pennies on the dollar for its facilities. Why would they sink money into Gunnison if Johnson Camp was exactly the same type of property? Sometimes common sense is your best friend. Trolling some more. Did you lose ok Nord resources so you're bitter like your buddy metalhead? LOL

Some folks like metalhead lost big time on this stock. Completely understandable why they would be so bitter. As for me, I bought at $0.68. I could end up losing my full investment or double it, time will tell.

Now you are finally getting the irony.  If Excelsior had simply reopened Johnson Camp, they would be nicely profitable with the current price of zinc, and this stock would be flying.  Instead they decided to try this wonderful new in-situ mining technique on a different part of the deposit.  Of course, they did not do in-situ mining exactly on top of the old mine.  The mine was ...more

Yep, expensive learning. The important part is to find a solution around the issue. If that happens, boom off we go. If no viable solution, see u at 2 cent, LOL. Mentalhead thinks he is 100% certain there is no viable solution. I disagree and hence why I am gambling on this. Time will tell who ends up being correct.

At least you admit you're just "gambling"  Vegas would be a more fun way to lose your money no?  Tell everyone exactly how they're going to fix it....give details....geology, engineering, chemistry etc
Comment by CopperWave on Jun 07, 2021 12:03pm
Vegas would also be more fun than expressing bitterness and trolling on bullboards metal. Maybe take your own advice LOL.

It's quite simple metalhead if you grasp any concept of basic math. If I assign even a 60% chance of complete failure and share price to zero, yet the 40% success rate nets me a 6 bagger within a few years, it is a buy as long as I can tolerate the risk level.  It is called expected values.  Granted I am pulling these success rates "6-7 bagger" numbers out of my a**...But ...more

Well then! Let's just say it has a 90% chance of failue but a 10% chance of a ONE MILLION % gain!  Since we're just making $hit up...

Make assumptions and plug in the numbers. Your results will depend on the assumptions you make. That's what makes a market. If this was a 90% chance of complete failure, I doubt it would be at these price levels. Can't say I expected a calm and reasoned response from you though.

Haha metal doesn't even know how markets work. He doesn't realize all analyst forecasts and DCF analysis is based off of assumptions. He thinks everything has either 100% success or fail rate. Hence why there is a 100% chance he still lives in his mother's basement. Poor soul.
Comment by metalhead666 on Jun 08, 2021 6:16pm
The "assumption" was that the project would work...LOL!  It doesn't!  Say hi to your mom for me!

How many of the "smart kids" saw this mess coming?  NONE!  Except the guys at CRUX which everyone ripped on. How many pounds of copper went to market this past month?  None you say? No way!

Hello mentalhead - if u bought thinking there were going to be no start up issues, then you were quite naive.
Comment by metalhead666 on Jun 09, 2021 5:19am
It's NOT a "start up" issue it's multiple FUNDAMENTAL issues. Like the entire geology!  Gezzus dude...wake up

As I have said before, one day soon I will thank you for making me a lot of money. keep at it.

You will either make lots of money or lose most of it. All dependent on whether they can find an effective solution around the problems they are experiencing. There is no assurance that they will. We will see in the next 12 months - it either goes to $3 or $0.03. Good luck.
