New Chairman of the BoardInteresting the new Chairman is a lawyer who "continues to play a key role in strategic development for Cascades."

On the one hand, I question why a lawyer would be the best person to run a company lilke Goodfellow, but perhaps he was selected for his strategic development abilities and we see a sale/merger of the copmpany going forward.
