All the other splits with navs over 20 are discounted, and any split of any value premium is an excellent target for another overnight offering. Don't count on the premium.

History repeats, but is sure worked out the last time. Financings at a premium contribute to NAV, so it is all good for the long term. The premium got to big for me so I moved.....waiting a bit
