Last day to buy for this months distributions is Oct 27.

Ex-div date is October 28, 2021, so if you want in, get it by October 27, 2021.
Nav is $12.20 (October 25), $0.10 per month (9.84%).
Unit Nav is $22.23 (October 25, 2021) = very safe for some time.
This is my favorite split fund which is well diversified globally, safe Unit Nav. and you can buy it for less than the offering price of $12.25. Plus the gap down after the offering was announced has not yet been filled. We should see $12.50 in the next weeks assuming no black swans around.
