This is rough for sure. One idea for we Canadians is to look for senior companies in the U.S. that pay a good dividend - some are actually trading below in Canadian dollars what they were at in Canadian dollars in 2020 at the bottom of that market slaughter because the Canadian dollar has gone up (largely because of the petrocurrency characteristic of the Canadian dollar). Yes, it hurts when you look at it. Remember why you invested in this company??? It has the goods so it's a matter of time. The markets are hurting still a hang over from last week.
