Seems Magino can't find workers . Wonder if GENM will have same problems when its operations start production.

Those issues are regional. Barrick, argo, alamos, greenstone, impala, they're all pulling from the same dry pool. Not including the marathon housing work, tbay jail, greestone highway...etc. Rural and northern immigration pilot may help a bit for skilled workers and there's work being done with local employment agencies. I think we'll be ok as most of clearing up to q2 2024 ...more

I agree there is a lot going on, the timing is great for construction to star in Q 3 hopefully then employment at the mine Q1 or 2 2025. I remember in the seventies you could go from job to job no problem lots of jobs. Fast forward 2023 and beyond you can go job to job. We need to get the kids out of the basements and get parents to get there kids thinking about real jobs !!!! They are wasting ...more
