$2.21 to close out the week!While many sold on news and moved on, others bought. A large volume of shares changed hands this week. While bought deal financing is unpleasant for some, along with the dilution it brings, raising capital is necessary for growth. Dilution is preferable to debt, especially at elevated interest rates. It removes payment variables and allows for quicker returns.
Obviously some believe that GGD is on the cusp of becoming a much larger producer and buying in while others throw in the towel and capitulate to lower share prices. Soon enough we should hear what GGD has in mind with the additional “unneeded” cash to supposedly finance further drilling and general corporate expenses!!! Bring on production.............
