I've been here long enough to have seen a few of these. Always surprise me but shouldn't. The first couple really ticked me off but by the third one I looked back and saw they always went higher after. And we had a bunch of cash. With the permit imminent Brad is just finishing up the last details. With a rerate coming after permitting this will be but a bump in the road. Luckily I have some cash to take advantage of the situation. Patience. Let the story unfold.
